Hello 1509 readers and welcome to a new year of operations!

We’re back with a new team and lots of fresh ideas. I’m really looking forward to increasing our article output and introducing new sections, themes, and all sorts of other exciting things. As always though, we need the help of you, the readers. We’re going to work things slight differently this year and we won’t be sticking to such a strict monthly publishing schedule. This means you never have to wait long to get your dose of 1509 so keep your eyes peeled for announcements in the RGS Today.

This issue also welcomes a new branch of the 1509, the science section. To christen it we are publishing a burst of articles so whether you are looking to bulk up, solve climate change or have ever wanted to fly to the moon, head on over to our newest tab for all the answers.
