This recent form has done wonders for his confidence. They won El Clasico 4-0, and he scored a vital goal in that match. He is quite underrated for a player of his quality.

Nico Williams was an outstanding performer in Euro 2024 and was immediately linked to some very good clubs like Liverpool and La Liga giants Barcelona, who were very close to signing him. His Euros performances sparked his confidence, and he started performing very well for his team, Athletic Bilbao. This put him in 15th place in the later Ballon d’Or ceremony. The Bilbao winger’s performance in the Euros included 2 goals (including one in the final) and one assist in six games, and he made the Team of the Tournament.

Federico Valverde is a powerhouse in the great Real Madrid midfield. His long-ranged shots are unmatched. Dani Olmo was already a big name, but it only got bigger and bigger after the season he had at Barcelona. His outstanding performances at the Euros boosted his popularity with Spanish fans, so after the tournament finished, he was a big name among supporters.

When Rodrygo gets on the ball outside the box, you better watch out, because either he will humiliate you with a snazzy run, or he will hit a rocket into the corner of the goal. He was not nominated for the Ballon d’Or despite scoring 17 and assisting nine. He said he was disappointed to have not been on the list. He got picked for the Copa America squad for Brazil, but Rodrygo did not perform.

Jude Bellingham is arguably the best 21-year-old in the whole world. He came third in the Ballon d’Or, earning the players’ and fans’ respect. He was also nominated for Sports Personality of the Year. This season, he has scored 7 and assisted 5 for the mighty whites of Real Madrid. He scored an amazing bicycle kick against Slovakia in the Euros, helping England finish 2nd. Undoubtedly, he was England’s best player in 2024.

2. Lamine Yamal 

Lamine Yamal is only 16 years old, and the whole world is talking about him. He has already won the Euros with Spain. He scored in the semi-final and assisted his friend Nico Williams in the final. He also has a Spanish Super Cup to his name. At the Ballon d’Or, he won the Kopa Trophy for U21s and came 8th in the actual Ballon d’Or.
