On the 4th July, to coincide with the actual election, the RGS will be holding a mock General Election. There are 5 major parties; the Green Party, the Conservatives, the Liberal Democrats, the Labour Party and Reform UK. Outside the breakout space, all major parties are campaigning, using boards with posters on them. On 25th June, there will be a hustings event in the auditorium from 1pm-1.45. Over the coming days, each party will be releasing a manifesto article, outlining their views in order to try and get your vote. All previous election articles (Greens and Reform UK) are currently being reworked, but they will be republished over the next few days and will be available to read here, alongside those from other parties.
